HOW ARE THE SIGNS MADE?
Custom cut signs are made by first creating the image digitally on a computer. This stage takes the longest, as the drawings must be very detailed for the machines to cut or engrave the signs effectively. The type and depth of the material being used must also be taken into account.
Once the sign is fully drawn on the computer, it is exported to the cutting machine, which will cut or engrave the material to the proper shape and depth. The computer controls all aspects of the cutting based on the image’s specifications. Nothing physically touches the sign other than the laser.
WHAT MATERIALS CAN THEY BE MADE OF?
Custom cut signs can be created from many different materials.
Popular choices include wood, acrylic, and aluminum.
